Patient Surgery Coordinator

System One is seeking a friendly and organized Patient Surgery Coordinator to join a medical clinic in Fayetteville! In this role, you'll help patients navigate the scheduling and preparation process leading up to their procedures.

What You'll Do

• Schedule surgeries, pre-op appointments, and follow-up visits
• Communicate appointment details and instructions to patients
• Coordinate with physicians, surgical facilities, and other healthcare providers
• Gather and organize required paperwork, test results, and documentation
• Answer patient questions and assist with incoming calls
• Review insurance information, including deductibles and co-pays
• Make reminder calls and confirm surgery details prior to procedures
• Prepare patient materials for upcoming surgeries

What We're Looking For

• Healthcare, medical office, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
