Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Cloud ALM Consultant / Implementation Lead to lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM for a large enterprise SAP transformation program.

The consultant will serve as the onsite SAP Cloud ALM Subject Matter Expert, supporting implementation governance, requirements management, testing, release management, monitoring, and operational readiness across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Cloud ALM implementation, configuration, and deployment.
• Configure Cloud ALM tenants, system landscapes, user access, authorizations, project templates, workflows, and reporting.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and adoption of SAP Activate methodology.
• Manage requirements, user stories, project tasks, risks, issues, change requests, and deployment activities.
• Design and implement test management processes covering test preparation, execution, defect tracking, UAT, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Configure business process, health, integration, and job monitoring, including alerts, thresholds, and operational dashboards.
• Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba as required.
• Establish project governance, KPIs, status reporting, release management, and operational support processes.
• Collaborate with client executives, PMO, SAP architects, functional teams, Basis, Security, and Integration teams.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years specializing in SAP Cloud ALM.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise SAP programs.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Experience with test management, requirements management, release/deployment management, and project governance.
• Understanding of business process monitoring, integration monitoring, and SAP operational processes.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite in New York City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP Cloud ALM implementation across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and migration or transition to SAP Cloud ALM.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in banking, financial services, healthcare, utilities, or other regulated industries.
• SAP certifications in SAP Cloud ALM, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Activate.
