Program Planner - Level 2

Job Description Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO seeks an experienced Level 2 Program Planner to support the next generation Space Protection Programs (SPP) Portfolio. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations. Interface with Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline. Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that validate contractual scope, workflow, and required resources. Work with cross‑functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes, status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. Negotiate handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules, and facilitate workaround planning as needed. Serve as liaison by publishing and presenting planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management and engineering. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling. Working knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project Server, Open Plan, Primavera, and/or ProjectView. Ability to perform schedule integrity checks. Must be a United States citizen. Active Top Secret security clearance. Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project Server, Open Plan, Primavera, and/or ProjectView. Exposure to or experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Security Clearance Top Secret clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen. Location Littleton, CO.
