Nurses needed in Clackamas, Washington, Marion and Multnomah counties!Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager and / or the Administrator, the Home Care Registered Nurse delivers care to clients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The RN effectively interacts with and provides information on health maintenance and disease prevention, and provides case management with the clients, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with current, unencumbered state license to practices as a Registered Nurse (RN).
