Bilingual-FFS-Outpatient Therapist job at Northeast Family Services. Brookline, MA. Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential, using individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Hybrid position: work from home with only one day in office per week. Compensation

• 45/hour for MA Level
• 50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• 55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• 65-$70/hour for independent license

Incentive for on-site 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250 Premiums paid for Non-English language capacity Experience Select clinical specialties Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (Required) Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required Independent Clinical License within 2 years Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus Hybrid position – Must be able to work in one of our office locations 1 day a week. Flexible Schedule: Choose your days!
