Attorney - Civil Litigation

Description Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. Preferred qualifications include 2- 8 years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah. Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense. You’ll gain hands‑on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development. We offer a hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two remote), a Flexible Time Off policy, and fully covered medical, dental, and vision monthly premiums. Requirements Attorney - Civil Litigation Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah; required A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files; Excellent communication and analytical skills; Exceptional research and writing skills; Interest in marketing and client development; Trial experience preferred; and Ability to travel.
