Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A well-established, closed-door long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Topeka, KS is seeking two dedicated Staff Pharmacists to support their operations. This pharmacy primarily ships medications to nursing homes and handles between 800 to 1000 prescriptions daily. With a large team of over 50 employees, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment focused on quality and patient care. Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Responsibilities: Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks to maintain high standards Conduct cycle checking of prescriptions Verify prescriptions accurately before shipment Qualifications: Active Kansas Pharmacist License with a clear and clean record Minimum of 1 year pharmacist experience; LTC experience preferred, but newer graduates and those with retail experience are encouraged to apply Ability to start immediately This contract position offers a stable schedule with consistent hours to fit your availability.
