About the Role

We're looking for a Traveling Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role managing multiple jobs while keeping everything on track, within budget, and running efficiently.

Projects are primarily industrial and commercial , including dog food plants, bottling facilities, battery plants , and other large-scale, complex builds.

You'll work closely with clients, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results and keep projects moving.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Handle estimating and pricing for a high volume of work
• Oversee multiple active projects at once
• Manage budgets, costs, and overall financial performance
• Build and maintain project schedules
• Lead project teams including superintendents and field staff
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Manage change orders, progress meetings, and day-to-day issues
• Ensure quality, safety, and deadlines are met
• Build strong relationships with clients

What You Bring

• Degree in construction, engineering, or related field - or equivalent experience
• Project management experience in construction (or strong APM ready to step up)
• Experience with industrial or large commercial projects is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Willingness to travel
