Kitchen Execution

• Execute a limited bar food menu to spec and consistency standards
• Handle all cooking and plating during service as the sole kitchen operator
• Maintain portion control, food quality, and presentation

Prep, Inventory & Ordering

• Complete daily and weekly prep efficiently
• Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
• Receive, store, label, and rotate product (FIFO)
• Minimize waste through smart prep and organization

Cleanliness & Food Safety

• Maintain a clean, organized, health-code-compliant kitchen
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing cleaning duties
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

FOH & Bar Support

• Assist with cocktail prep (batching, garnishes, syrups, prep components)
• Communicate clearly with bartenders and FOH during service

General Expectations

• Take full ownership of a one-person kitchen operation
• Show up on time, prepared, and professional
• Communicate needs, issues, or improvements proactively

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Expectations

• Evening and weekend availability required
• Typical shifts: 3–4 evenings per week
• Most shifts fall between  3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• No early mornings
• Schedule posted in advance; minimal last-minute changes
