About Us

We are a subsidiary of Volvo Autonomous Solutions NA, focused on autonomous trucking technology and building transport solutions. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, we seek a strategic CFO.

What you will do

As CFO, you will be a key member of executive leadership and oversee finance, accounting, strategy, investor relations, compliance, and risk management. You will build the financial foundation and prepare for future fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead financial strategy, optimize pricing models, and establish key performance indicators.
• Lead financial structuring and due diligence for potential fundraising rounds or strategic partnerships.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, tax compliance, and accurate U.S. GAAP financial reporting.
• Govern and optimize outsourced Finance-as-a-Service providers for efficiency.
• Design and implement risk frameworks and robust internal controls.
• Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and manage corporate insurance portfolios.
• Analyze unit economics, contract profitability, and Customer Lifetime Value to refine business model.
• Drive fleet profitability through analytics and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Develop governance structures for executive team and Board of Directors.
• Deliver transparent financial reports and represent the company to shareholders and the financial community.

Who are you?

• Progressive CFO or senior finance executive experience in a startup or high‑growth tech company.
• High integrity, trusted counsel to the President and leadership on business development.
• Visionary global mindset with a proven track record partnering at executive level.
• Managerial courage, business acumen, execution mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Business and professional certification (CPA or CMA).
• Strong understanding of venture capital, fundraising, financial modeling, and experience in transportation, logistics, or autonomous tech.

Salary & Benefits

Base pay is set at $178,900.00 - $273,700.00 per year, with bonus eligibility. The range is adjusted for geography, experience, and other factors.
