We are looking for a Behavioral Health Outreach & Referral Coordinator to support Marketing Powered’s expansion into mental health, substance use treatment, and behavioral healthcare markets.

This role is ideal for someone with experience or strong familiarity in behavioral health, addiction treatment, mental health services, admissions, outreach, referral development, alumni relations, sober living, case management, community partnerships, or treatment center operations.

The person in this role will help identify, organize, and support referral relationships, community outreach opportunities, provider partnerships, and market intelligence efforts that strengthen behavioral health growth strategies.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic outreach and relationship development role designed to support smarter growth infrastructure for behavioral health providers.

• Identify behavioral health providers, referral partners, community organizations, sober living homes, alumni networks, clinicians, interventionists, case managers, hospitals, outpatient programs, and related referral sources.
• Support outreach efforts to build and maintain meaningful referral relationships.
• Assist in researching local behavioral health markets, provider ecosystems, referral channels, and competitive positioning.
• Help organize referral partner data, outreach activity, market notes, and relationship intelligence.
• Support communication with behavioral health professionals and organizations.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, introductions, collaborations, and community engagement.
• Work with internal team members to connect outreach insights with marketing strategy, content, SEO, reputation, admissions alignment, and growth planning.
• Help Marketing Powered better understand market-specific behavioral health needs, service gaps, referral behavior, and provider challenges.
• Contribute real-world behavioral health knowledge to campaigns, outreach strategies, and growth recommendations.
• Support the development of systems that improve visibility, trust, referral development, and admissions alignment for behavioral health providers.

Direct experience in behavioral health is strongly preferred, but we are also open to candidates with adjacent experience and a strong understanding of relationship-based outreach.

• Familiar with how referrals, admissions, and provider relationships work in behavioral health.

Behavioral health providers are under increasing pressure. High acquisition costs, reduced visibility, reimbursement pressure, and fragmented marketing systems are making growth more difficult.

This role will help Marketing Powered support providers with a more integrated approach to growth. The work will help connect referral development, market intelligence, admissions alignment, digital visibility, reputation, and performance marketing into stronger systems for behavioral health organizations.

Compensation will depend on experience, background, and role structure. We are seeking a high level of expertise. Starting level of $100,000 + (depending on experience and book of business)
