Field Technician (Nevada, MO)

Job Description Field Technician role requires working in the field, driving vehicles, interacting with customers, and advancing with ongoing learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities Connect customers by installing service drops or outlets in residential and business properties, use electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair service drops and reception performance issues, ensure proper signal levels at each termination, and suggest upgrades while educating customers on new equipment. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and good driving record in the state of application. Flexibility to work overtime and on‑call as needed. Experience in customer service or related field for at least 3 months; or equivalent education and experience. High school diploma or GED. Ability to work in small and confined areas, lift up to 80lbs, work on ladders, and operate in all weather conditions. Strong problem‑solving skills and positive customer interaction.
