Ombudsman Educational Services seeks an Elementary School Teacher to support at-risk and nontraditional learners in a small, structured alternative education setting. In this role, you will plan and deliver standards-based, personalized instruction, using data to adjust teaching and help students close academic gaps. You will foster a safe, supportive classroom, implement behavior support strategies, and collaborate closely with school districts, support staff, and families. This mission-driven position offers opportunities to grow skills in special education, behavior support, and student advocacy.
