Punch and Grounds Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Complete the make-ready/punch process for vacant apartments.
Keep sidewalks, parking lots, breezeways, and common areas free of litter and debris.
Empty outdoor trash cans, service dog waste stations, and maintain dumpster areas.
Clean out and prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
Complete minor painting, drywall patching, and basic repairs.
Replace light bulbs, fixtures, switch plates, outlets, and minor plumbing components.
Assist maintenance technicians with appliances, heavy lifting, and general property upkeep.
Complete other maintenance and grounds duties as assigned.
