Lean Process Lead - TPM & Continuous Improvement

The Hershey Company in Memphis, TN is seeking a Process Lead who will drive lean initiatives and process improvements in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include coaching operators, data analysis, and partnering with project teams. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in automated manufacturing, along with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
