In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, complete assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care plans with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor changes in residents’ conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. Aligned with our mission-driven, resident-focused culture, you will promote dignity, wellness, and stability while collaborating across teams and contributing to continuous quality improvement.
