Key responsibilities Lead strategic process improvement initiatives for healthcare organizations Manage and oversee complex projects related to Epic HIM services Provide expert advisory services to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust Required qualifications Epic HIM Hospital Coding, Deficiency Tracking, Release of Information, and Identity certifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Advisor Proven problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
