Role Overview Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, is looking for inpatient Registered Nurses to join the Adult Emergency Department team at Baystate Medical Center Springfield, MA. Department Description Experience diverse pathologies and acuity as we serve over 122,000 adult and pediatric patients annually. Our 72,000 square foot ED is equipped with 94 private rooms, separate pediatric ED, separate behavioral health rooms and top‑of‑the‑line technology. BMC is a major referral care center and the only Level 1 trauma center and pediatric trauma center in the area. Schedule / Location Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield, MA Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care within the ED, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in departmental committees, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required. Minimum 1 year of RN experience. Education: ADN required; BSN preferred. Benefits & Compensation Competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and recognition programs. Base pay range: $41.82 – $54.06 – $66.30 per hour for non‑exempt employees; ranges based on grade. Additional benefits include comprehensive benefits package and potential incentive payments.
