Project or Program Manager with Data Architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives from planning through delivery.TERMS OF SERVICEServices are expected to start 07/01/2026 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2026. Totalestimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 352 hours. This service may be amended,renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.WORK HOURS AND LOCATIONServices shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinatedthrough the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Normal business hours areMonday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when theagency is closed.The primary work location(s) will be at 701 W 51st Street, Austin, TX 78751. The workingposition is Hybrid – On Site and Telework.8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals,independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specificationsdevelopment, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting and system implementationof moderate to complex business solutions. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification isrequired and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.This role supports a Technical Project Manager for a data engineering project with an AIadoption program. The position involves managing cross–functional coordination, trackingdeliverables, supporting platform and data engineering initiatives, and ensuring alignmentbetween business, engineering, and AI stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms, datapipelines, and AI/ML adoption efforts is highly desirable, along with strong communicationand organizational skills.II.
