RN Complex Care Manager - Home & Community Health

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Complex Care Manager RN for the Tidewater VA Markets. In this role, you will advocate for complex members by managing their care through telephonic and in-person assessments. This position requires a current RN licensure in Virginia, strong case management experience, and the ability to coordinate care while keeping the members healthy and independent.
