We are thrilled to have recently opened our brand-new, state-of-the-art Celebree School in Sudbury, Massachusetts - and we're looking for passionate Teachers to join our founding team!

At Celebree, every classroom is staffed with two certified co-teachers - not a teacher and an aide . Our co-teaching model promotes quality of care, collaboration, and consistency for children, families, and staff. As a Preschool Teacher at Celebree School™, you'll be at the heart of the action, creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that sparks curiosity and ignites young minds. As a Preschool Teacher, you'll also have the opportunity to help classroom Assistants and Aides on their growth journey to become a Celebree Teacher.

Responsibilities

As a Preschool Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Develop and implement creative and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning, curiosity, and exploration among preschool-aged children.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where preschoolers feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves and learn through play.
• Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines to help preschoolers develop communication skills, vocabulary, and a love of reading.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment, including materials, equipment, and play areas, to support optimal learning and exploration.
• Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts minimum education and experience requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
• Ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check required.

Compensation: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
