Customer Accounts Coach - Payments & Renewals
Colonial Group
Colonial Group is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States. The role focuses on coaching customers, driving collections and lease renewals, and building relationships to move customers toward ownership of merchandise. The position offers incentive pay based on performance in addition to hourly compensation.
