Pump Product Specialist

Baker Manufacturing Company LLC is seeking a Pump Product Specialist to support our water system and industrial product lines. In this role, you will assist customers, distributors, and internal teams with pump selection, sizing, and troubleshooting for municipal, agricultural, and industrial applications. Responsibilities include interpreting specifications and drawings, preparing technical quotations, coordinating with engineering and production, and providing post‑sale support. You’ll help improve product documentation, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold our culture of safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
