Must have proven experience in providing complex voice and data system solutions to financial clients or other large enterprise clients Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Must be detail oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress. DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
