Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping deliver critical infrastructure and transmission projects that keep our system reliable and affordable. Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities to keep work on track. Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and financial tracking materials. Monitor project progress and schedules, identify risks or issues, and help drive solutions. Support development and continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional project teams. Organize meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure key deliverables are met. To be successful in this role, we’re looking for candidates who possess the following skills and traits: Associate degree (or higher) in Business, Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience supporting or coordinating projects, contracts, or financial tracking Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Experience with project management tools or data visualization platforms is a plus Knowledge of project budgeting, tracking, and reporting is highly valued What We Offer Competitive wage & benefit package. The expected base compensation for this role is $54,000 - $72,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
