Warehouse Associate: Urgent HiringThis 2nd shift Warehouse Associate role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products within established guidelines. You will work under direct supervision to process customer and stock orders accurately, maintain organized inventory, and ensure products move efficiently through the facility from receiving to shipping.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate shipping manifests and confirm customer and stock orders following established procedures.Review and interpret warehouse documents to identify products that need to be moved, picked, or distributed.Receive incoming shipments by unloading cartons, sorting merchandise, and relocating items to designated storage areas.Verify incoming products against documentation and accurately record part numbers and quantities.Organize inventory on racks, shelves, bins, and totes according to established storage systems.Prepare and stage products for internal distribution and the next step in the warehouse process.Pick and assemble customer orders from stock for transfer to packing and shipping areas.Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products while adhering to company guidelines.Arrange stock and components in designated sequences to support assembly and production teams.Create and maintain accurate warehouse records, including manifest entries in warehouse management systems.Operate RF scanners and warehouse computer systems to track inventory and orders.Follow all warehouse safety procedures while working around forklifts, hand carts, and other material-handling equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.Why Join Us?Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation.Work with modern warehouse technology and equipment.Opportunity to earn CROWN forklift certification upon permanent hire.Receive structured training and ongoing support for skill development.Be part of a team-oriented environment focused on safety, accuracy, and communication.Work EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse setting with frequent forklift and hand-cart traffic.Narrow aisles and clearly defined material flow paths.Non-climate-controlled facility with seasonal temperature variations.Daily use of RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and material-handling equipment.Cell phones and personal electronics are not permitted in the warehouse.Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.Must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while working the 2nd shift.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grapevine, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
