Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings for ongoing care planning
- Implement and monitor care plans; administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Notify the physician or mid-level provider of pertinent changes in patient condition
- Manage admission and discharge processes; assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Provide specialized care duties such as gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, and nebulized treatments
- Deliver wound Vac care, CPAP therapy support, and tracheostomy care as assigned
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to ensure safe, patient-centered care and proper communication
- adhere to safety and infection control practices while maintaining patient dignity and privacy

Requirements
- Active Hawaii RN license by start date (must be in hand to begin assignment)
- Ability to perform essential duties in a Long-Term Care component on site within the care setting
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must arrive the Thursday prior to the start date to complete employee health clearance
- Travel eligibility and readiness to work in Hawaii for the duration of the assignment

Education and Certifications
- Current RN education appropriate for Hawaii licensure (as required for Hawaii practice)
- Licensure in Hawaii must be active by the start of the assignment
