Picker/Packer

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $18.50 to $19.00

Shift: 1st shift or 2nd shifts available

What's the Job?

• Perform picking and packing of products accurately and efficiently
• Assist with unloading trucks and organizing inventory
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed
• Cross-train across multiple stations to support team flexibility
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Must have worked at Clarks before, as verification will be conducted
