The Role

As a Residential Counselor, you will be an essential member of our multidisciplinary clinical team, providing direct counseling services to women navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in a residential setting. You'll facilitate individual and group therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team to guide clients toward sustainable recovery.

Flexible Schedule Options

We know life outside of work matters. That's why we offer two schedule options -- choose what works best for you:

• 4-Day Work Week with Mondays off -- a true long weekend every week

• 5-Day Work Week with one remote day per week -- work from home flexibility built in

• Traditional 5-Day Work Week -- fully in-person for those who prefer it

Weekend group rotation is part of this role. Counselors participate in a once-per-month rotation facilitating morning groups on Saturday and Sunday (approximately 2 hours each morning). This is shared equitably across the team.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

• $60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience

• ADC-T and LADC candidates considered within the posted range

• LADC-S candidates considered at the higher end of the range

• Dual licensed LADC-S candidates: salary negotiable above the posted range

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using CBT and trauma-informed

approaches

• Complete comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, and treatment plan

reviews

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with MN 245G and payer

requirements

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team through case consultations and staff meetings

• Make referrals for adjunct services and coordinate with internal and external providers

• Participate in the monthly weekend group rotation (Saturday and Sunday morning, approx.

2 hours each day)

• Support clients in understanding their rights and responsibilities within the program

• Uphold the mission and values of Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center in all

professional conduct

Qualifications

Required

• Active ADC-T, LADC, or LADC-S licensure in the State of Minnesota

• Experience providing services to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders

• Competency in trauma-informed and CBT-based approaches

• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with MN 245G standards

• Ability to pass a background check through the MN Department of Human Services

Preferred / Considered at Higher Compensation

• LADC-S licensure -- considered at the higher end of the salary range

• Dual licensure as both an LADC-S and a licensed mental health professional (LICSW,

LPCC, LP, or equivalent) -- salary negotiable above posted range

• Experience in a residential or intensive treatment setting

• Experience with women's programming and gender-responsive treatment approaches
