Principal Salesforce Architect

Role: Principal Salesforce Architect
Location: Concord, CA (Onsite)


Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design and Architecture:
o Create scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs.
o Design workflows, data models, and custom functionalities while ensuring best practices are followed.
2. Platform Customization:
o Implement customized solutions using Salesforce development tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
3. Integration:
o Lead the integration of Salesforce with other business systems such as ERP, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and goals.
5. Technical Leadership:
o Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
6. Security and Compliance:
o Ensure that the Salesforce platform adheres to security and regulatory requirements, including data privacy laws and industry standards.
7. Documentation: o Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, workflows, and development processes for future reference and onboarding12.


Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Salesforce Expertise:
o In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom objects.
2. Technical Proficiency:
o Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning components.
3. Integration Knowledge:
o Experience with API integration, data migration, and connecting Salesforce to third-party applications and databases.
4. Problem-Solving Abilities:
o Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
5. Communication Skills:
o Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
6. Preferred Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Platform Developer, or System Architect. o 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation23.
