Account Manager Opportunity

Our client is a pioneering medical technology company focused on revolutionising spine surgery. Their mission is to improve patient outcomes and decrease the cost of healthcare through their personalised surgery platform, designed to improve the standard of care one patient at a time. They are currently expanding their commercial team and are seeking a talented Account Manager to support their next stage of growth and drive the adoption of their unique technology.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Training and onboarding new clinics to ensure the seamless integration of the aprevo technology platform.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, clinic staff, office managers, and physician assistants.
• Ensuring the timely collection of all required imaging and pre-surgical patient information to support surgery scheduling.
• Increasing the utilisation of the aprevo system and driving deeper penetration within approved accounts by developing new surgeon leads.
• Partnering with sales and marketing teams to lead educational programmes and outreach initiatives with new and existing accounts.
• Developing and maintaining a high level of clinical acumen, including the ability to present clinical study data to customers.
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system daily alongside all required activity reporting.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with:

Essential Experience

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or clinical role within medical devices, surgical, or medical imaging.
• Demonstrated success in customer relationship management within a clinical or hospital environment.
• Proven ability to manage a large territory effectively.
• The ability to travel frequently, up to 60% of the time, to support customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Desirable Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the spine sector.
• Familiarity with the medical device sales process.

Package

• Base salary: $110,000 - $120,000
• Bonus: To be confirmed
• Benefits: 100% employer-paid healthcare, dental, and vision premiums; 401(k) with employer match; unlimited paid time off.
• Location: This is a territory-based role covering the US West. Ideal candidates will be based in or near Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Salt Lake City.
• Travel requirements: Up to 60%
