The Opportunity As an Office Services Clerk, in our Pre-Litigation Department, you will have the opportunity to work extensively with essential documents necessary to the operation of a leading personal injury law firm. Accountable for Process incoming/outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, copying, and properly distributing to appropriate departments and team members. Handle document filing into appropriate folders and record relocation. Manage office supplies inventory and stock general supplies as necessary. Special project assistance as necessary. Qualifications Prior law firm experience and personal injury law experience preferred. Advanced experience with office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Case management software experience preferred. Ability to sort and organize efficiently. Experience working with litigation documents. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
