About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year in specialty required License: Accepted if pending Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS, TNCC required Must-Have: - General emergency department experience with adult and pediatric patients - Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias - Proficiency in starting and maintaining IVs Description: Position available for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. Shifts will be scheduled to cover staffing needs for both day and night. The nurse will work with a patient ratio of 4:1 on both days and nights. This position will require working every other weekend. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. Floating to meet facility needs will be required. A general emergency department experience is essential. The nurse must be capable of cardiac monitoring and emergency response. Dysrhythmia interpretation and management skills are crucial for this role. Daily patient volume is approximately 125 visits in a community emergency department. The facility supports interdisciplinary collaboration with various teams. Candidates must provide a supervisor reference upon application.
