Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active CCC credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to create a welcoming environment for students of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for a caseload of students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to integrate speech-language services into students’ educational plans
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
