What You'll Do: Project Support & Documentation - Manage RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and project logs to keep everything on track. Scheduling & Coordination - Assist in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring smooth workflow. Problem Solving - Work alongside the Project Manager to resolve challenges efficiently. Communication & Meetings - Attend project meetings, document key discussions, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Closeout & Quality Control - Support punch lists, warranty management, closeout document management, and ensure successful project completion. What We're Looking For: Education: 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent applicable work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
