Creates and Implements Brand & Product Future Direction Licensor Communications Miscellaneous Brand-Related Projects I: Co-Creates and Coordinates Brand-Product Future Direction Analyzes brand, segment, and sku sales for strategic brand input Gathers market feedback for brand & product direction Monitors & communicates competitive collections Collaborates with Product Development. team on product direction (big idea kickoffs) Ensures brand standards are met and licensor direction is implemented in all corporate efforts (is the voice of the brand internally) Licensor Communications Gathers and implements licensor design & other commercial inputs Attends licensor meetings as necessary Co-creates materials required for and archives licensor product approvals Serves as primary communication funnel for all licensor-related contractual obligations Executes brand related ad hoc items & reporting as per internal or licensor request Plan-of-Collection Management Determines size of collection, novelties, discontinuations via collaboration withInventory Planning Team Maintains necessary communication tools, for internal teams & licensor such as launch calendars, assortment flows & sample bag count reports Co-creates materials required for and archives licensor product approvals Supports Brand Ops Coordinator in sku lifecycle management processes IV: Miscellaneous Brand Related Projects Assists Director in new brand scouting, and other projects upon request Supports Brand Ops Coordinator in pricing-related projects Supports marketing team on ad-hoc basis Collaborates with marketing team on brand presentation creation Co-creates and executes brand-related training for new hires, Brand Ambassadorsand/orfor others (as requested). Assists Director in monitoring company activity to ensure licensed contractual compliance.
