Client Relationship Manager

Shore to Summit Wealth Management, LLC is a financial planning and asset management practice.We serve qualified high net worth investors and their families, entrepreneurs, small businesses, professional service corporations, and employees and retirees of publicly traded corporations.We provide complete wealth management strategies and education including 401(k) management. The Client Relationship Manager plays a key role in nurturing and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with clients.This position involves understanding client needs, addressing their concerns, and professional services to designated clients and STSWM financial advisors.Effective communication, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the company’s offerings are essential to excel in this role. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Client Relationship Manager or a similar role Excellent oral and written communication skills Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for the clients Execute financial asset movement for clients Organize meetings, scheduling, sending reminders and follow‑up Answer phone calls in a polite professional manner Welcome visitors and identify the purpose of their visit Manage the FA’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most urgent matters Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Security Licensing is NOT initially required but future Series 7 and 66 licenses will be expected.Existing licenses are preferred. Receive checks, process check disbursements and new account processing Basic understanding of brokerage account regulations and rules that govern client accounts.
