About the Role
The Park Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the park, ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a welcoming and well managed environment for residents. This role blends resident relations, administrative responsibilities, and hands on oversight of maintenance and compliance. This role offers paid housing and provides an exciting opportunity to lead property management efforts, ensure resident satisfaction, and maintain a well-functioning community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations: Manage rent collection, administrative tasks, and record-keeping.
* Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and monitor property cleanliness/safety.
* Enforcement : Maintain community standards and enforce rules fairly.
* Service : Act as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries.
Requirements
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Comfort with basic bookkeeping and systems such as Excel, Word, and property management software
* A proactive, professional approach to both operations and resident relations
* Highly organized and proactive problem-solver.
* Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic.
* Experience in property or park management preferred
* Knowledge of Title 25 regulations and California Mobile Home Residency Laws
Additional Details
- This is a full time, onsite role with a Monday through Friday schedule, with some weekend. The position includes an onsite living requirement and an on call component with clearly defined expectations and compensation.
