Required Experience & Skills
• CNC machining experience REQUIRED (pay based on skill level)
• Ability to set up CNC machines for production runs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications
• Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with CNC programming, editing, and autonomous machine operation preferred for higher-level roles
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Set up CNC machines for production jobs
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and production accuracy
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished parts meet specifications
• Write and edit CNC programs (higher-level machinist roles)
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Monitor production runs for consistency and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards

Work Environment
• Industrial machining / manufacturing environment
• Exposure to CNC machinery, cutting tools, production equipment, oils, noise, and active operations
• Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
