Lessons can be held in students' homes, your own studio or rehearsal space, or via webcam; most students prefer in‑person lessons, so local instructors or those willing to travel in the Garland area are preferred. Responsibilities Deliver private violin lessons in the chosen settings. Plan and maintain individual curriculum and lesson plans. Be punctual, organized, and communicate effectively with the office. Ensure a safe learning environment by wearing a mask, sanitizing hands, and practicing social distancing when applicable. Travel to students within the Garland, TX area as needed. Qualifications Strong teaching and student‑management skills, especially with children. A degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience. Ability to operate as an independent contractor.
