Electrical Maintenance Technician - Bluffton, IN (Direct Hire)
We are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Technicians to support maintenance and production operations in a manufacturing environment. Both day and night shift opportunities are available.
Available Schedule :
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
- Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
- Fridays may be available for overtime as needed
Starting Rate :
- $30/hr. - 38/hr.+ (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and control systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
- Troubleshoot industrial automation and production equipment
- Perform equipment installation, repair, and rebuilds
- Follow Lockout/Tagout and all safety procedures
Qualifications: 5+ years
- PLCs/HMIs
- VFDs
- Servo drives
- Motors
- Sensors
- Relays/contactors
- Control circuits
- Electrical panels
- Machine safety circuits
- Schematics
Preferred Hands-on Experience:
- Equipment installation, teardown, rebuild and repair
- HMI interfaces and machine diagnostics
- Lockout/Tagout and industrial electrical safety
- Electrical + mechanical troubleshooting
- Stamping or transfer presses
- PLC-controlled equipment
- PLC troubleshooting
- Servo drives / servo motion
- VFDs / AC & DC drives
- Industrial automation and controls
- Robotics / robotic weld cells
- Motors, sensors, relays, contactors, solenoids
- Control circuits
- Electrical schematics/diagrams
- Electrical testing equipment / multimeter
- Machine electrical panels and power distribution
Candidates with varying levels of industrial maintenance experience will be considered. We are especially interested in individuals with strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting skills and a willingness to grow their technical expertise.
