What You Get to Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related inquiries, issues, and escalations Process benefits events in collaboration with client and working with brokers and carriers Manage data feeds and integrations between HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits platforms inclusive of discrepancy resolution Collaborate with advisory team, clients, brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits related issues and ensure compliance Collect, validate, and document client benefit plans and policies, guide clients through setup during onboarding: configuring benefits, eligibility rules, workflows, and integration where needed Leverage and Train AI to automate processes Conduct audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and service level agreements Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for outsourced processes What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR support, or client-facing outsourcing/enrollment processing roles Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar platforms) Understanding of global employee benefits programs and related compliance requirements Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide high-quality client service to ensure client satisfaction Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Comfortable with excel and handling large data sets, inclusive of utilizing Excel formulas (v-lookup, pivot tables etc.) Experience with AI Experience with data integration and file feeds between HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams Experience supporting open enrollment and life event processing in an outsourced environment Bachelor’s degree English Proficiency Sequoia’s Culture – Our most important asset Integrity Passion for service Innovative Growth oriented Caring for others Promise-centric Focused on relationship building Sequoia provides equal opportunity to all applicants without regard to race, color, creed, religion, citizenship, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, marital status, military or veteran status, disability, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
