Fabrication & Repair SpecialistTerrepower Collision business unit is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. If you are a dedicated individual interested in joining a growing company in the automotive parts industry, we want you on our team!As a Fabrication Repair Specialist, you will perform the production duties below:Review each product to determine the required repairsEnsure you have the proper tools and materials required to repair the product to an insurance quality standardFor each repair, you may be required to cut, trim, file, bend, or smooth parts to ensure proper standards are metEnsure quality control standards are metAdhering to assembly safety standardsWork with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repairComply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury preventionSkills and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent practical experienceRepair fabrication work experience is a plus particularly with plastic and resinStrong focus on quality – deeply care about the product and your workHigh degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environmentPhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds.Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.Pay and Benefits:Competitive payMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Company Holidays401KAbout Us:We specialize in remanufacturing auto lights and wheels and supplying high-quality aftermarket products in the collision and repair industry.
