What You’ll Be Doing:
• Take full ownership of operations across your portfolio—performance, compliance, and day-to-day execution
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and their on-site teams
• Drive occupancy—identify gaps quickly and implement smart strategies to fill units fast
• Oversee financials—monitor budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue
• Ensure full compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and HOME program requirements
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with Property Managers (financials, occupancy, collections, rent adjustments)
• Prepare properties for audits and inspections—set your teams up for success
• Partner cross-functionally to keep communication tight and operations running smoothly
• Step in when needed—emergency response, resident concerns, and operational challenges
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of Regional Manager experience in affordable housing
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and HOME programs
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site teams
• Financial acumen—comfortable with budgets, projections, and performance tracking
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven
• Comfortable traveling between properties
