Position Details

MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:30 PM (option for four 10-hour shifts) No call required Average 1215 patients per day Average visit length: 30 minutes (60 minutes for annual wellness visits) Complex patients typically seen 68 times per year Patient demographic: predominantly seniors, some pediatric patients EMR: NextGen Referral support: Anthem PicassoMD for specialist referrals, LabCorp partnership for labs Independent primary care center (not hospital affiliated) Urgent care center located next door

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $230,000$250,000 plus 10% annual performance bonus Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance Free urgent care services for employees 401(k) retirement plan One week CME with stipend plus four weeks PTO and six paid holidays

Qualifications

MD or DO with an active and unrestricted medical license in Maine (or ability to obtain) Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active DEA license Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or an ambulatory care setting
