Staff Pharmacist

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you’ll provide safe, accurate, and timely medication dispensing in a fast-paced retail environment. You will verify prescriptions, perform clinical reviews, counsel patients on therapies and side effects, and administer immunizations. You’ll ensure full compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and Walmart policies while maintaining accurate records and controlled substance security. Working closely with technicians and store leaders, you will optimize workflow, support wellness programs, and deliver friendly, accessible care that supports community health and Walmart’s commitment to excellent service.
