This role requires a passionate and committed leader with a heavy sales orientation, and a background that includes experience in marketing, strategy, and operations. The CRO will work closely with existing branches and add-on acquisition business units to ensure repeatable organic growth, and will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with both prospective and current customers, as well as industry executives. The ideal candidate for the Chief Revenue Officer position at the company will have a proven track record as a top commercial leader in a B2B services environment, with a revenue range that aligns with the company's mid-market focus. Experience in private equity is highly preferred, and a solid background in M&A, particularly in the area of integration, is a key requirement. The role is pivotal in the company's investment thesis, which aims to drive significant growth and scale within a 3-4 year period.
