Paediatric Nurse

Position Registered Nurse – Float – Peds/PICU/NICU Compensation Sign‑on bonus potential up to $10,000.00. Competitive base pay plus shift and holiday differentials may apply. Schedule Full‑time, day/night rotations: 7:00‑7:30 am / 7:00‑7:30 pm. Weekend commitment with a 6‑week schedule and 4 weekend shifts per month, plus 3 major holidays and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days. Responsibilities Provide safe, age‑appropriate nursing care to pediatric and neonatal patients across designated units. Serve as advisor and resource for patients and families. Maintain up‑to‑date clinical documentation and care plans. Participate in float pool coverage when unit staffing is insufficient. Engage in clinical ladder activities and hospital committees. Qualifications RN license in Maryland or a compact state. Experience in telemetry, pediatrics, PICU, or NICU. Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Pediatric or Neonatal preferred. Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and difficult‑to‑staff days.
