Primary Responsibilities Preparing and filing Customs entry documentation in compliance with US Customs regulations Proactively and aggressively resolve logistics and transportation issues with a customer-centered focus Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding service to our customers while leveraging opportunities to grow our business Data entry of client shipment detail and update of shipment milestones Create and monitor exception reports in a consistent and timely manner Actively communicate with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction and full visibility of shipment status Maintain customer confidentiality where applicable Key Requirements 2+ years relevant Freight Forwarding, logistics, transportation, and domestic distribution experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Janel Group
