Senior Digital Marketing Manager

ABOUT SKYPAD Sky I.T. Group is the home of SKYPAD, a leading B2B SaaS platform helping the world’s leading brands collaborate with top global retailers through data-driven insights. SKYPAD supports over 10,000 users across 4,000+ brands, including LVMH, Prada Group, SKIMS, L’Oréal, and Caleres, with retail partners such as Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus Group, Shopify, and Saks Fifth Avenue. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Senior Performance Digital Marketer to own and scale digital growth across SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization. This is a hands‑on role with clear ownership and measurable impact in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SEO & Paid Media Lead on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategy Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social campaigns Own keyword research, budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization Build and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and CTAs Analytics & Optimization Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics integrations Track funnel performance, attribution, and conversions Build digital dashboards and deliver monthly reporting Content & Retail Expertise Create and optimize creative assets and copy for website, landing page, and ad copy Support product positioning and go‑to‑market messaging Apply retail and consumer trends and behavior insights to campaigns Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Product, and Development teams Support product launches, news tools & integrations, and lead generation initiatives QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of digital or performance marketing experience Proven expertise in SEO, paid media, and analytics Experience in B2B SaaS or data‑driven platforms preferred Strong analytical and communication skills REQUIRED SKILLS Experience with Webflow or comparable website hosting platforms, such as WordPress and Squarespace Familiarity with retail data or sell‑through metrics WHY JOIN SKYPAD?
